its an old enough building :rolleyes:, but i hear optometry dept. is top of the range...the NOC only opened recently... seemed big enough.. it has swimming pool, and all that sort of jazz...st. seemed alright to me

Tell me bout it! I woz half considerin deferrin the course, but only if I could sort myself with a job 1st which is kinda impossible when half the country hav nun!! i woz secretly hopin that the points would jump like mad so i wudnt get it!!! and like d deadline 4 droppin (without havin ta pay fees nxt yr) is oct 31st so that only gives like a 6 wk trial hav no idea wat ta expect

how long ago did u get ur accom?!! everywhere seems 2 be booked up the only place i can find some left is in hazelwood santry? i wonder is that far out? ne idea? d other place is student gateway village in dublin 9?????

actually staying in hazelwood santry...really nice accom, depending on traffic :rolleyes: it takes anywhere from 35 to 50 mins, hop on the 16A in santry and it stops on aungier street, 5 min walk from dit kevin street, really handy...;), don't know much about the gateway, other than it's in the heart of ballymun..

Yeah that's wher I woz lukin 2 but jese da bus journey is a real deal breaker. . 4 a 9am lecture it wud be an early start. Altho it is really really nice my other worry bout stayin ther is like payin 4 a taxin 2 get home at nite , how much wud it cost like?!

ya i looked at herberton and griffith but they were WAY too expensive :eek::eek::eek:.. i know a few ppl that are in hazelwood for 2 yrs now, and there is is a lad from my year staying there as well, so i won't be all alone in the big smoke

Yeah a single room is a poor rip off alritey. . . i tink i'l just live in a cardboard box at the front of DIT kevin st . . seems 2 be d easiest option hey r u just goin 2 dat day on d 17th sept & then just go in on d 21st 4 wen tings start or are ya hangn round d place 4 a few dayz b4 and after induction?

as far as i know we just need to be there on the 17th, so i'll probably come up for the day then move into apt on the 20th..
