Eircom BB slow tonight around Ranelagh?

    Have latency to my game server of 300ms+ all day.

    Anybody else getting this?


    What does this mean SN Margin (dB) 31.00 12.00 ?
    And also this Line Attenuation (dB) 17.50 6.50


    Downstream Upstream
    Max Allowed Speed (kbps) 736 384
    SN Margin (dB) 31.00 12.00
    Line Attenuation (dB) 17.50 6.50
    CRC Errors 0 1

    what speed is your line ment to be? its not even syncin at 1mb?

    From the upstream speed it looks like its the 3 meg package but downstream is very poor.

    Woody, if your meant to be on 3 megs, get onto Eircom. The stats are not bad and capable of better speeds than that.

    The latency for me the past 7 weeks has been really bad in the evenings. I'm with U.TV internet. It can go from 150 all the way up to 500 ms. They don't appear capable of fixing it...
