Might be a load of crap but seemingly it comes from an official document, an author was doing research on a novel and came across the document, then again it could be hype to increase sales?

If anything it could also explain the push towards the NWO by the likes of German Kissinger and Polish Brzezinski. Towards the end of the war, as the Soviets were rampaging through eastern German territories, Hitler was absolutely convinced that the West would actually ally themselves with the Germans to oppose the Soviets. Could it be that the western allies engineered the collapse of Germany and victory in the war in order to allow this plan to take place, and begin a cold war against the Soviets? Of course the plan has had decades to be refined and adapted via the Bilderbergers, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and UN.
