Phd in the states?

    Anyone on here completed one of these?
    Is it expensive? Difficult to be accepted onto?

    I am going to do a Phd in economics and would like to study in the USA for at least a year- I was wondering how I should go about this?
    What colleges, if any, have decent exchange programs with US colleges?

    I was wondering is funding easy to get over there?
