Road surface on M50 M1 roundabout

What is the craic with the road surface on the roundabout at the M50/M1? For the past 2 days I have got off the M50 at this roundabout on the outside lane, then stayed in the middle lane to head towards Malahide. There is a hige break/ pothole on the road surface.

The first day I got a fright and was sure it would have wreched my (brand new) tyres and I was really suprised that it was still as bad yesterday!

Its a disgraceful state to leave any road in! Who do I contact if this does wreck my tyres. Grrrrr
