I disowned my brother for that.

He's never been the same since that hair straightener came into the house

Wow I really had to stop and think about bythewoods "Ash" pun... Then it took me even longer to figure out her second one (With me and JJ).

    Good work bythewoods.

I still don't get it. I feel stupid.

EDIT: I just figured it out, all by myself. Carry on.

I heard if you run around Central Bank 3 times the Devil changes all the music on your ipod to Pete Wentz's playlist.

So are we gonna organise this or what?

The Zoo any Saturday after the 18th?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,779 ✭✭✭A Neurotic

Perhaps a poll from our gorgeous moderators? For venue, and then date afterwards or something? Bit unfair for 2 or 3 of us to decide the zoo would be cool.

Ok I've made a poll with 5 different weekends, a choice of provinces and various activities. It's multiple choice so vote for the weekend/activity/part of the country that suits you best.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,440 ✭✭✭✭Piste

Also, for the purposes of the poll, Leinster is actually Dublin. Nobody's going to arrange to meet up ina field in Kildare :P

DCU people will be moving on the weekend of the 20th, so I propose that in the event of a draw then this one not be chosen :P

Ughh *shudders*. I remember seeing them...damn skaters and they're ridiculously noisy boards. I seriously feel like going over and kicking the shíte outta them when I see them. :)

Anywho, personally, I would like to veto the knacker drinking idea. What's more age appropriate?

Knacker drinking is appropriate for all teenagers. It's regular drinking that some might be too young for.

So basically I have so much charisma that I've somehow managed to breach infinity and reach 0?

Amazing, I think this may very well change the world as we know it.

I'm not in Dublin this weekend. My bad.

Hmm I probably should have posted in this before now......I'm sure you're all lovely people but I ain't travelling anywhere that requires effort, money and public transport.

Plus I'm a Nazi mod, and a hopelessly people-phobic one at that, so I doubt my absence will be mourned. :P

I'm not in Dublin this weekend either. And I'm going home next weekend too, to vote.

But the weekend after that I'll surely stay up!

New poll for dates? To be honest we probably didn't consider stuff like the Lisbon treaty referendum when planning this to begin with.

    *braces self for ironic jokes*

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,440 ✭✭✭✭Piste

I'll see if I can tinker with the poll.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,111 ✭✭✭Jesus Juice

Its gonna be in Dublin no matter what happens so a date should just be organised.

  • Registered Users Posts: 929 ✭✭✭TheCardHolder

I'm in dublin city basically everyday so I might pop down on whatever date is decided.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,011 ✭✭✭cHaTbOx

Could use this as a meet up before people think of going to a noc beers
    Piste wrote: »

there needs to be a core of about 5 that agree on time and place . I can do zoo and st stephens green but it'll have to be after the ninth . So i could do the 10 11 th and the weekend after . Get someone else to agree then just do it .

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,590 ✭✭✭Pigwidgeon

Yeah I think we'll just need to pick a date and place soonish and stick to it. Then maybe make another poll for attendance.

Well given October 10/11th was the most second most popular one, why not stick with that one?

Couldn't make the TCD boards beers so am really looking forward to this now :D
