In the interests of getting a discussion going on the meat of the treaty itself, some of us are trying to highlight the text of the key EU Treaty Articles together with some brief commentary on the significance of the wording.

This is work in progress and more Lisbon Articles will be added. What is needed is some more Yes supporters to balance out the debate. So please feel free to add to the discussion!
