    The website says that they MAY do Saturday deliveries with an extra charge involved, but I dont even know where to begin calling to request this?

    Its for future reference more than anything, but if anyone can help, its much appreciated.

    obvious smart remark. which one? theres a lot of numbers, dont know where to begin. Do i ring the main offices or the DHL delivery point? Which i dont actually know would be my local one

    Its the sender who requests this and the extra charge can be substantial enough. Region €20 - €30.

    Another option if you're in a rural area is to ask the local pub if they could accept a parcel for you.
