    What? Where does it say that? Is it not illegal not to have these on slow moving/wide machines?

    Road traffic act says orange beacons only for use by customs&excise, road maintainance vehicles, recovery trucks.this is only a basic outline of the act.

    I heard that beacons are illegal to in this country, how mad!!

    And in France and the likes you can't take any slow moving vechicle on the road without having one!! Even alot of the tractor trailers hav them fitted at the back!!
