Unsub from a banned forum

Im trying to figure out how to do this. As far as I can see you cant do it from the CP, only from the forum. But if you cant access the forum, you cant unsubscribe from it. Which is mildly irritating.

Yes, it's a dilly of a pickle!

But there's a way round it. Copy the forum id onto the end of the unsubscribe url and you're done.

What's the forum you want to unsubscribe from?
