Eircom call back number

Two years ago I managed to find a number which when dialled and the receiver replaced would call back my number after a few seconds. Very useful for tracing a fault where only one of my three phones would ring. I have lost the number and nobody at Eircom can tell me what it is! Anybody out there know the number or know…
