Just subscribed but have problem

    Hi all,

    Just subscribed but my User CP doesnt recognise me as a subscriber.

    I cant upload custom avatar, or change my group membership.

    Can someone help if possible.

    There's nothing at this end to say that you've subscribed. Your last subscription is listed as being from 19/7/09-19/8/09. Are you sure it went through properly?

    If so, it could be a more technical issue that Ross/Conor can look at.

    Hey Hulla,

    It went the whole way through, I have even recieved my paypal receipt email.

    I purchased a "1 month non recurring membership"

    I have the transaction Id from paypal if you need it.

    I see "1 Month Non-Recurring 06-09-2009 to 06-10-2009".

    Have you changed your usergroup in your userCP accordingly?

    Everything has appeared now Gordon. All sub options available, must have been a glitch in the matrix.
