Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey all,

Just moved into a student house on leeson street to find that their is no phone line in to the house but I am in desperate need of broadband...

So, apart from those ****ty little usb modem things, is there any company that anyone knows of that can install broadband without needing a phone line??

    thanks :)

Cheers, the Metro Xtra seems to be what I'm looking for :)

I want to get UPC broadband but also want to avail of the laptop deal here as well http://www.upc.ie/netbookoffer/

Can anyone recommend the cheapest way to do this? Would it be with phone and broadband or TV and broadband?

    Cheers,
    M

They're laying cables all over the place at the moment (between Leeson st and Ranelagh rd) and we had a note in the door saying the work is supposed to be finished in 12 weeks. Whether or not this will cover your area I don't know
