i'm looking for suggestions for grounding for the outside enclosure i was thinking about cut stone at the pen enterance side.

any cheap suggestions, i've tried woodchip the problem is that i need a huge load of it.

Concrete is the only real answer (or some people have patio slabs). How would you hose down wood chip?
