Suggestion: Rename Help Desk

There seems to be an ever increasing number of newcomers wrongly posting in helpdesk. I think this is related to the Help Desk forum having a high probability of showing up on any google search for many "boards.ie" and "help" type searches. Might be an idea to rename the forum to prevent this, and better define the forums…

I've been thinking for a bit that it should be renamed. There's a huge amount of threads with people asking for random things.

We had a problem with people posting about holidays/asking what is good to do in x place over a weekend etc in the Living Abroad forum. We had to move threads a lot. It used to be just called Abroad. I requested it be renamed Living Abroad and since then I have only had to move one thread to travel and holidays (it was changed about 9 months ago or so).

Thanks for all the suggestions folks.

We're actually planning a change on this in the not too distant future where we'll be moving Help Desk from where it is and bringing it much more under the Boards.ie umbrella. It will be part of the project we're working on around the Talk to... forums.

I'll let you know when this is going to happen but for the moment we'll just leave things as they are, if that's okay?
