Creative Zen V Plus HELP!

    Hi there,

    Does anyone know who can fix a Creative Zen for me? I have tried 1 place in town but they kept it for 4 weeks and then gave it back just saying they couldnt fix it! Basically what happened is it has frozen, cant go through any of the music thats on it or listen to radio etc.

    I have tried everything they say to do on the internet, have pushed re set button, let battery discharge completely, hooked it up to computer, uninstalled software etc etc etc etc.

    so, if anyone knows where I could bring this to be looked at I would really appreciate it, thanks a million :D x

    that happened to me aswell. same thing...it just kept freezin, couldnt do anything but wait til battery runs dead & then i would restart it. took it back to the shop where i bought it cause it was still under guarantee so they gave me a new one told me tat they couldnt fix it, somthing wrong with the software

    i'd advise you to bring it back where you got it if it's still under guarantee :rolleyes:
