At some point I created a MyNokia account and obviously didn't customise the notification settings because they keep texting me little tidbits about my Nokia. When I go to the site and request a password reset their email never shows up in my inbox or spam. Is there anyway I can contact them directly or does anyone know…

Have you tried both if these options?
