Smart Telecom 3 Months Free

    On http://www.smarttelecom.ie/index.aspx its says 3 months free but when I phoned to order the girl said that the offer is finished since end of August. There is nothing on the website to say this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl came back and said if I order it online it will work. Now I have ordered but I am worried that I won't get the three months free. Can anyone tell me what my rights are please?

    I would advise you to take a screen shot of the page that says the special offer. If there is no mention of an end date for the offer then technically they must give you the offer. Smart are in financial trouble from what I hear so they probably need all the customers they can get.
