Is it possible to mobile without ID or recent utility bills, my girlfriend has moved here from England and needs an irish mobile ASAP, can do over web or in shop, not interested in a pay monthly plan

Yuo but she will have to go prepaqy , wont be able to get a contract phone without valid proofs.
