    only ever rented from a mate so im moving into new territory. Im moving into a new house this weekend and it doesnt have a sky dish. who should pay the instalation charge? Im presuming i do but just in case.

    clearly you need to pay, furthermore have you got permission to install a dish from the landlord ?

    if not you had better get it before the installation.
