Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    You could try disabling third party extensions by going to tools->Internet Options->Advanced

    Scroll down the list and untick the box beside "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions"

    If this doesn't work then re-install Internet Explorer.

    This is of course assuming you're using Internet Explorer in which case I would also recommend you switching to Opera.

    Really though you need to provide us with a bit more information in the first post for example;

    What program you're using
    Does the scrash happen immediately or after a certain amount of time
    Does it happen on specific sites possibly indicating a problem with the flash player installed

    Still lacking in the information department a wee bit, see above questions.

    Also, have you run an anti-virus scan to ensure your system isn't infected with anything?
