Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

sony mp3/mp4 player

    hey guys,
    I recently got a sony mp3 player an was wondering does anyone know how to use the mp4 facility on it aswell?? It is compatible with mp4 but I cant figure out how to put videos on it from the pc. I'm using a standard dell pc and have no bother doing the music side of it...

    Sony MP3 players have a very strict limit on the videos they will play. Has to be made using exact encoding settings, resolution, etc.

    So unfortunately, just because it says it is compatible with the mp4 container doesnt mean you can just drag across any old mp4 and play it. Most of the time you'd have to re-encode specifically for the device using the right settings.
