Charity Beginners Cricket Match in Kiltimagh, Co Mayo...Sun. Sept 13th

09-09-2009 5:51pm#1Couple of mates of mine have organised a charity cricket match in Kiltimagh, Co Mayo for Sunday next, September 13th. I think there will actaully be two matches and they will be held at the Kiltimagh-Knock United grounds. The local GAA team will play the local soccer team and afaik, none of them have ever actually played cricket before, not in an actual real match anyway.
They have soemone from teh Mayo cricket club coming to oversee everything so it will be a proper match. Also BBQ on the grounds during the day and all starts 3pm..
Just thought i'd put this up here for anyone that might be in the area that day and want to see 'culchie cricket'at it's finest.
