New Doc in Balbriggan

Any one here of a new Doc opening in the town? Talking to some friends in the local last night and you know the usual one of them heard from a friend etc that a new one is opening but we couldnt figure where. Everywhere seems well serviced.

Apparently up near the sailor grave was supposed to be the location.
It was due to be completed in 2005 according to the original rumour in 2000.
