Vista recovery disk (not installation disc)

My computer works but has a problem which can apparently be fixed by use of a Vista recovery disk. ( I left my installation disk back home) I tried downloading the recovery disk as outlined in this article but my college blocks torrents and we all use a shared IP so I can't download off rapidshare as someone else is always…

I tried downloading the recovery disk as outlined in this article but my college blocks torrents and we all use a shared IP so I can't download off rapidshare as someone else is always using the IP for it.

Does anyone know where it can be downloaded as just a normal file?
