Anyone know of one? Want to take part of the mp3 file out and save as a separate file, e.g., the chorus or the lead in etc. Be nice if it had a fade-in/fade-out feature.

Audacity can do that and has fade in/out too and it's free. You'll need the LAME MP3 encoder to work with mp3s but it's free and there's a link on the Audacity website to it.

bear in mind that it can be tricky to do. some mp3s are easier to do than others, it all boils down to quality in the end
