I have been recording programmes from my sky+ to my sony hard drive.

I have connected a scart from the sky+ box to the sony and another to the tv.

i have managed to record a good bt of stuff, time labourious though, as it is done during playback.

However, i find a problem with the quality of the picture colour. The colour deteriates during this process, becomes duller. I have changed scarts to see if it makes a difference, but same result. Read through the sony booklet, but cant find any help.

Would appreciate if anyone could offer any help to sustain the picture quality..thx
