That uncle woks hasn't been touched in months, think it might not be happening.

Unless SQ has moved, it's Kennedy AVENUE.
Not to be a pedant or anything. I did live in Hanover Court so got to know the area very-well.
Kennedy STREET is basically opposite in a long-ish way. It's through the crossroads at An Post/Burrin St./Dublin St. The Graiguecullen side in other words. Where Ray Whelans are.
