based on this post, it's located in the Hebron Industrial Estate.
So assuming you are coming in the main Waterford road (N10):
Take a right once you reach the ring road, just shortly after the Springhill Hotel.
Straight through the next 3 roundabouts on the ring road, 1 at The Watershed leisure centre, the next at the Bennettsbridge road and the 3rd at the Carlow Road (which is where the n10 continues to the right towards carlow but you don't follow it, take the 2nd exit (straight) onto the N77).
At the 4th roundabout (with a toyota dealership alongside) take the first exit to the left and the Hebron Industrial estate is along your left here.
Two roads into it off the Hebron Road... one at the traffic lights at the Mitsubishi Garage, the other is slightly further along.. no sure which one to take so look at the signs when you get there
