"The Rebel Pedal! is a fantastic, free, annual bicycle parade and picnic party in Cork City, organised by Cork Environmental Forum (www.cef.ie) in conjunction with Cork City Council. It will be held on Saturday 19th September 2009 starting at 11.45am on Oliver Plunkett St. during European Mobility Week."
