    Not sure if this is the best place to post so feel free to move.

    I want to get a replacement key fob for the electonic gate in my apartment block.

    Had a look online and found these http://www.gateremotes.co.uk/nice.html

    The Nice Flow 1 looks quite similar to what I have and has the same programming DIP switches. I don't know what brand mine is.

    My question is will any brand work as long as it has these type of DIP switches. They all seem to operate on the same frequency [433Mhz] (I don't know what freq mine is but presume it's standard). There are lots of brands available.

    Also if anyone knows where I can get one in Dublin handy that would be great. Probably cheaper online though (40-45 euro inc. postage)

    I got some questions about my gate remote too.

    its supposed to be programmable to work as a proximity fob for the building doors too.

    is this the forum ?

    are there experts hereabouts ?
