    Here is a survey for parents and guardians of children with Autism. The survey only takes 3 minutes and will help us identify the more popular types of therapies. It is very important to get alot of feedback on this so your help in:

    1. Spreading the link to parents / guardians of children with autism
    2. Filling in the survey if you have a child with Autism
