    update:-
    i had an appointment for an engineer to call out yerterday morning but he didnt show up. he just filed a report saying it was a laptop problem and left it at that. i rang them and made another appointment for yesterday evening but same thing again.
    after a heated conversation with the technical support team leader yesterday eveing i got a 3rd appointment this morning and the engineer said it is a problem with the amplifier in the area.
    the good news is a have a connection now but this could come and go until the amp is adjusted tomorro or monday
