How long does hair dye last?

cos I bought 3 boxes in a sealed pack at the weekend in a market. When I got them home I discovered 2007 on the underside. Are they out of date? Don't want to end up in hospital with a burned scalp! :o

I'm unsure of how long they last but if it actually says 2007 on the box then I wouldn't put them on my head! Bin them and buy from a chemist

I agree with putting them in the bin, they could be alright but it is a big risk if they are not.

If you are determined to use them do a patch test 48 hours before.
