I bought one of those and the LL ten bob note to on ebay for a £5 each a few years ago .

Thanks Karoma. I was thinking the asking price on eBay could be a bit different to the actual value. Still, I suppose they're worth what someone's prepared to pay for them!

Hi Admiral, There's a coin collector's fair in the Imperial Hotel in Cork every month. I imagine there's probably something like that in Dublin too. Sorry I don't know much about 'the trade'. Good luck!
