    Outlook 2007 Question?

Ok, I hope first you can understand what I am asking, and then be able to help.

We are using outlook 2007 in our office and use codetwo to share outlook. This means we can all view the calendar and read general emails, which are downloaded on one machine.

How can I setup outlook so that when I reply to an email it shows the from and reply email address as the general one that everyone can view and not my own on my PC?

    Hope you can help…

Assuming you have the rights set up correctly, all you need to do is New->Mail, then go to the Options tab and click the 'Show From' button.

Once there, when you want to send from the second address, just stick it in that field.

    Tried that and it works....

But is there any default way of doing that?

Can outlook be setup to do that some way?

Tool - Options - Mail Setup - Email accounts
Then set the account you want to use as the default account
