    I was away in Thailand for the summer and I went back to the gym tonight for the first time since May...I stayed for 20 minutes and then I had to stop! I can't believe how hard it is when you're trying to get back into your routine. My iPod died when I arrived so that didn't help! Anyway I'm going back in the morning...

    Basically I want to bulk up. I'm a pretty skinny guy and every time I have tried in the past I always end up getting frustrated and giving up. Can anyone recommend a good supplement for gaining weight?

    Anyway, my weight as of tonight is 55.5kg.

    Any advice for gaining weight is appreciated.
