Macbook printing on campus problems

    Hi,

    Anybody having problems printing from a Mac on Campus? It worked for me last year but now the Popup box that asks for your student number isn't appearing. I've tried printing from my Macbook in numerous places around campus but no luck?

    Have you tried reinstalling the drivers/printers again?

    The printing issue is one they need to sort out, simple as that.

    Got it sorted!

    For anybody else having problems printing wirelessly from a Mac, head to IT Services in Daedalus and go to the Ricoh printing desk. The guy will give you a new set of drivers that work. Worked for me.

    More relevant: does the website have the correct drivers? If they do, then there's no excuse for having problems, and no need to go to the help desk. ;)
