hi i am planning a trip with me, OH and older relation, female. we want to see Sydney, Cairns, Melbourne and stop off in Hong Kong for 2 days on the way back. We would like some wild life ish stuff and to see the country side as well as cities. what are your recommendations for the following - a nice luxurious enough hotel…

- a nice luxurious enough hotel in Sydney with good views of the harbour
- good day tours in Sydney
- the same for Melbourne
- recommendations for Cairns

for people who have been there, what will you never forget?

i am too old for hostels.
