    1.70 flashed up as I went over on Sunday. Is this the dearest per km toll in the country?
    When the harp bridge opens, it should steal some of their custom. When is their time up anyway? isn't this one of Charlie's gigs?

    Wikipedia reckons it has already reverted and is now operated by NTR on behalf of the council - not sure this is true, the source document is an expired link on NTR's website. (Wikipedia also reckons it is lifted on average 3 times a day, which is patently not true).

    bridge built in 1984, reverts to council in 2015. A proportion of toll revenue is paid to dublin city council.

    by 2015 it will be likely due for replacement: only one car lane in each direction, no bus lanes, no luas capacity, no bike lanes, ugly as sin.
