Hi there, I have seen some posts already on this site about people complaining about their neighbours trees who overshadow their garden. In our case, our neighbour planted a eucalyptus tree and within 4 years, it has grown to over 30ft and growing and casts a shadow over our house. Our gardens are only 10ft long/10ft wide…

Hi there, I have seen some posts already on this site about people complaining about their neighbours trees who overshadow their garden. In our case, our neighbour planted a eucalyptus tree and within 4 years, it has grown to over 30ft and growing and casts a shadow over our house. Our gardens are only 10ft long/10ft wide and this tree ~(and whatevers going on with the roots) just seems to be an accident waiting to happen.

We've had no joy in speaking to them, they are extremely rude and ignorant at the best of times so it looks like court is the next step.

Could anyone advise on what way we can pursue this? It seems petty over a tree but its only going to get bigger.
