hey, im thinking of doing an overhaul on my tosh...any sugestions on what to do, it currently has 2gb ram and a 160gb hdd

Bigger hardrive should be easy enough to do ,
Look for something with 7200 RPM , and "anti-drop" tecnology if you can afford it.

look at komplett for example.

look at disk cloning on the internet for ways to copy your old drive to your new drive , takes a bit of reading but doable.
