Cheap shipping from Canada?

I'd like an item shipped that weighs 23lbs from Canada as www.thesource.ca will not ship or accept credit cards from outside Canada. Does anyone recommend a cheap and reliable package forwarder similar to the ones based in the US who give you an address and local cc? Thanks
