Do you mean Management Company or Management Agency?

I'm sure you mean management agent and not management company, because you can't change the management company.

No point asking about agents IME...for every good story about any agent there's at least one bad one. I find that property administrators within management agents make a huge difference. We got one of ours un-allocated to our development and then new girl is a dream to work with.
