I couldn't help laughing out loud when I got to the 4:00 mark in this,

We may not like the guy that much, but he does tend to speak a lot of sense!!!

spot on, found myself agreeing most of the time

    hes a fairly straightalking guy

and delighted that he keeps taking digs at Bertie and FF :D

EDIT: rofl "unemployable fecking headbangers looking for a NO vote"

Not a big fan of his policy of squeezing passengers with every extra charge possible but agreed with everything he said there.

It kind of makes you wonder what it would be like actually having someone with management experience managing the country.

I love the guy sitting beside him, grinning away at O'Leary's rant.
Nice to have a colourful character on the yes side for a change.

"Sinn Fein and Socialist Party and Socialist workers party and all those other .. unemployable ****in' headbangers" ... "the economically illiterate Shinners and Socialists."

    :D

Its good to have someone unabashedly speaking up for entrepreneurship and business owners.

O'Leary is the man who said it would be undemocratic to have another Lisbon referendum last year.

My opinion, he is an entertaining , loud ignoramous who hates unions and ordinary workers.

He will put off more voters that he gains.

He's working for the No side.

Now that I would love... I can just picture it now:

Ganley: The president of the United States of Europe will eat your babies because you put him in power.

O'Leary: You unemployable f*cking headbanger. Get off the stage before I charge extra on my flights for people with low IQs.

    I'd disagree with that,

Ganley, Coir et al are way worse than him but managed to get a no vote last time. I think he'll add a fresh voice to the yes side and will say many things that politicians may love to say about the no side, but can't.

I didn't know about Prime Time, but they're both supposed to be on the Lisbon debate on Matt Coopers show on Today FM at 4.30 today, as well as Michael Martin, Joe Higgans and Patricia McKenna. Most of the show is about Lisbon today, I think. Interestingly that one is being held in the Irish Times offices.

Edit: The Pope got there first!
