Waterford Regional Hospital - Free Parking?

Is there anywhere close to the Regional Hospital that doesn't mind if you park there for maybe 30 minutes? I find the cost of the car parks at the hospital to be extortionate if you are only going to be there for a short time.

I think the first 20 mins are free in the car park in the hospital.

I've seen cars being clamped in the Lidl car park, so I wouldn't recommend that non-customers park there.
