hi all wondering if anyone can help ,we have a 5 month old jk puppy called lilly ,we went on a short break last week and left her with my parents ,while we were away she had several fits ,like she was trembling ,then she would go all stiff,she is losing her balance all the time banging into everything,when i go to pet her…

also has had all needles etc

Please take her to the vets, that doesnt sound good, but we cannot diagnose or suggest what it could be, so please get her checked out soon.
