Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is anyone out there using gmail/google docs for business?

A friend of the family has a small business, 3 employees including himself and is looking to setup mail for everyone and be able to share documents with the others using an online method as they arent all based in the same location, 2 work from home, one on the road.

So rather than going to expense of setting up servers, remote access etc which he isnt keen to do as with the current climate he wants to keep costs low, he would prefer to have everything online.

Would you recommend it? Anyone with personal experience

Oh and one more question, can it be used without a domain name? As in can you use standard @gmail.com email addresses instead of @domainname,.com email addresses?
