Cost of laying blocks

We have recently completed our floor slab and are now awaiting the delivery of the timber frame to the site. In the meantime we are starting to build the garage using hollowcore blocks and I was just wondering can anyone tell me the average cost of laying these compared to regular 4"/6" blocks? For our foundation we paid 60c/block for footings and will be paying 80c/block for the external leaf.
