I just bought a second hand car off somebody I don't know. The car has run out of tax but I presume he sent in to RF101 (if that is the right form I may be wrong). But I have not got the pin in order to tax it yet. Am I ok to drive it? Thanks

You are the new owner so tax is your responsibility. The form is the RF100A. You cannot tax it online first time (so no PIN), but next time you can.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles to avoid the DRS fee.
